Several groups covering a range of abilities, going from 8k – 11k within 1 hour. In the summer we also run off road.

5.50pm for a 6pm start, to finish around 7pm
WEDNESDAYS
Wednesday runs are social runs around 6-8k, including our couch-to-5k progression group, finishing within 1 hour. In the summer we also run off road.

6.20 for 6.30pm start, finishing at 7:30.
THURSDAYS
Thursday sessions are open to all abilities and offer a variety of strength, speed and progression training, such as intervals, hill sprints and introductory trail running and track sessions.
